Character Design
here are some sketches of my character design process where you can see I have experimented just drawing the heads, fingers, teeth, eyes, noes and body shapes. I haven't gone into too much detail but I wanted to just experiment with all different aspects of the build and body parts of my character to hopefully map out the route I want to go down in my character design.

Life Drawing
here are all my life drawings I have created throughout this semester in class. I have experimented using pencil and charcoal on large pieces of paper, drawing up to four different people. It was really nice to have a varied amount of people to draw because of all the different body shapes I was able to experiment at drawing. For example, there was skinny, large, small and old types of builds to draw, so every drawing was different to produce, and it helped me gain more knowledge on drawing the human figure.
I Have really enjoyed life drawing and I feel I have become a lot more comfortable with using charcoal because I was a novice at the start. My tutor has shown me different techniques and ways to smudge the charcoal and it has been great to have that help in the class because I have been able to better myself. I believe this module has really helped me improve my drawing skills and I am a lot more confident at drawing the naked human body now than I was at the start of the semester.
